Supporting women in crisis
Women’s Aid provides lifesaving support, refuge, and advocacy for women and children escaping domestic abuse. Having overcome my own challenges, I know the importance of safe spaces and the support systems that empower women to rebuild their lives.
This cause is incredibly personal to me, and I will continue to raise awareness and funds to support women in need.
Giving premature babies a fighting chance
Simpsons Special Care Babies is dedicated to providing life-saving medical care for premature and critically ill newborns. Many babies need intensive care after birth, and this charity ensures they receive the highest level of medical support.
By raising funds for Simpsons Special Care Babies, I hope to give more newborns the chance to thrive and grow into healthy children.

Cancer is a disease that touches nearly every family. I am honoured to support Cancer Research UK, an organisation dedicated to groundbreaking research, early detection, and treatment advancements.
Through fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and public awareness campaigns, I am determined to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Every contribution, big or small, helps bring us closer to a cure.
Fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
Alex’s Wish is dedicated to eradicating Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a fatal muscle-wasting disease that affects 1 in every 3,500 boys born. Children with DMD face progressive muscle loss, leading to paralysis and life-threatening complications in their early twenties.
Despite the severity of this disease, research remains underfunded. I am committed to helping Alex’s Wish provide crucial support to families and fund life-saving treatments.
Fighting Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)
DEBRA is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) — a rare and incredibly painful genetic skin condition that causes the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch.
Through community fundraising, personal challenges, and the generosity of supporters, we have proudly raised £53,395 to help DEBRA provide specialist nursing care, fund pioneering research, and give hope to those living with EB.
Supporting men’s health with urgency
Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK, making it one of the most common and life-threatening cancers facing men today. Early detection and research are critical to saving lives, yet awareness remains lower than it should be.
I’m proud to support Prostate Cancer UK, an organisation leading the fight through research, education, and support for those impacted. With every pound raised, we get closer to better treatments, early diagnosis, and hope for families across the country.
Tackling Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
Founded by rugby legend Doddie Weir, My Name’5 Doddie Foundation is on a mission to find effective treatments — and ultimately a cure — for Motor Neurone Disease (MND), a progressive, devastating condition that currently has no cure.
Doddie’s courage in the face of adversity has inspired countless people, including myself. This charity represents resilience, hope, and strength — and I will continue to champion their cause until MND is no longer a life sentence.
