Rebuild.

Recognising abuse earlier. Helping people rebuild their lives.

Domestic abuse rarely begins with violence. It often begins with behaviours that are mistaken for love, protection or care. This programme helps people recognise the signs, understand abusive behaviours, find trusted support and rebuild their lives.

Why I Created This Programme

Real change is possible.

I created this programme because I have seen how easily abusive behaviour can be hidden, and how difficult it can be for people to recognise what is happening until they feel trapped.

Through Moments That Matter, we aim to educate, empower and connect people with trusted support, so that no one has to face this journey alone.
